Center for Innovative Dentistry (managing university-industry research collabotrarion)

　The Office of Innovative Dentistry was founded in the Department of Dentistry with aims to socially implement and return products and services created based on the Department’s ‘Research seeds’, and Osaka University Dental Hospital’s ‘Clinical needs’, and furthermore, to return profits, in April 2018.

　In April 2021, to further develop and strengthen industry-academia collaboration, and social-academia collaboration, we now have adjunct faculty from our department in addition to 2 center faculty members (till March 2023), and the name of the center has been changed from the Office of Strategic Innovative Dentistry to the Center for Strategic Innovative Dentistry.
