Applicants must obtain an approval of acceptance from a professor of department that you would like to enroll as a research student.
# Admission of research students is open at any working days; however, the paper works take approximately 3 months for applicants living in Japan.
# For applicants residing overseas, in general, applications must be submitted by the end of the fourth month prior to the month in which you wish to enroll.
